  • Job offers made without an interview.
  • Messages from personal email accounts rather than a Curaga address.
  • Requests for banking details before an offer is formally made and accepted.
  • Pressure to act immediately.

Do not send money or personal banking information. Contact Curaga directly through the contact page on this website to verify whether the communication is genuine, and report fraud to your local police service and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
